I thought that by this time I would be writing about the new milestones of crawling, or walking, maybe a ma ma or da da, or a tooth or two, but I am just happy to report that Parker made it to 8 months on March 24, 2009! He has survived with us this long, and has many more months to come. I am happy that he is still needing me to take him places instead of me chasing him everywhere. He does enjoy pulling himself up to a standing position using my fingers, and taking his little baby steps. He hasn't figured out that other things work to help him up, too.
We are happy that he continues to be his healthy, chubby self and are content to know that his milestones will come at his own pace!

You know what, I always loved it when my babies were still babies and didn't hit milestones! Sure, milestones are exciting, but it just means they're growing up! No more growing up, Parker!
P.S. Thank you for helping me print out the pictures for Claire's poster. On my blog I should have said that I had trouble with the EXTRA pictures I printed out, not the ones you guys scanned. It took FOREVER for my computer to load the pictures, which was why I was up so late! You guys are the best! I miss seeing you at least once a week, but hey, I'm a Primary teacher now! Wheeee! Now we'll get to hang out (sort of) in Primary. Gee, this P.S. turned out pretty long. I should have just called you on the phone. :)
