PIANO TEACHER!

 

A couple of years ago I really impressed Melissa with getting her a piano for Christmas not to mention sneaking the piano in the house without her knowing (now that is a trick!).  I don't know though if she ever forgave me for going a wee bit over the Christmas budget.  Well, that investment seems to be paying off.  Melissa has been teaching piano lessons now for a few months to some neighbors and friends in the area.  During this time Dad gets to spend some father-son time with Parker.  As I watch Melissa teach piano and as I listen to her play the hymns and songs for family home evening I realize how grateful I am to have invested in that piano and how grateful I am that Melissa has invested in learning how to play the piano (I tried multiple times to invest myself but proved unsuccessful!)  I look forward to having this continue to be a source of joy in our home.
